What Is A Virtual CFO?

For many small to mid-sized businesses it is just not practical or financially feasible to have a full time salaried CFO on your payroll. You can get the benefits of a senior financial executive at a fraction of the cost of a full-time CFO by engaging a Virtual CFO.

Why Do You Need A Virtual CFO?

Most small business owners never give creation of business value adequate consideration. They focus so heavily on the salary or draw they are taking and on the net income the business shows at the end of the year. They never stop to consider the potential for creating great value in a business that can be sold.

Who is Larry?

Larry is an experienced Virtual CFO with start-up, crisis management and private company experience.
